We take cash, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle.
A portion of our profits go to local organization Food Not Bombs whom cook and serve free food to the public.
In the future, we are looking towards donating more of our revenue and joining 1% For the Planet, a popular nonprofit organization. We have not joined yet because of the membership fees for joining ($100-500, click here for more information).
Profit Transparency
A Local Soap Co-Op is run by Daniel Kolano and has been a project of his for years. Contrary to popular belief, Daniel does not have an obsession with soap. Instead, he just has a strong desire to engage with the local community in a balanced, supportive, and responsive way unlike today's modern corporate businesses. In the future, Daniel would like to see where A Local Soap Co-Op takes him and use the platform to strengthen and give back to the community.
